Another week has started and can you believe we're in June?
Its practically summer which means fun in the sun and birthdays... I can't wait!!
I found a recipe for homemade Ranch Seasoning a few weeks ago and I can't stop using it! I guess I have a serious Ranch addiction but its not that bad for you so I'm OK with it! :)
Recently I've been topping my roasted vegetables with the Ranch Seasoning and its just declieous.
Here's how I made my Roasted Ranch Cauliflower.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dry buttermilk
1 tbsp dried parsley
2 tsp dried dill weed
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried onion flakes
2 tsp dried chives
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground pepper
Mix all together.
Roasted Ranch Cauliflower
Ingredients:
1 head of Cauliflower- trimmed and cut into bite sized florets
3 tbsp EVOO
2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
Take your trimmed Cauliflower and place into a large bowl. A plastic bag would work too.
Add your EVOO and Ranch Seasoning. Stir until all florets are coated.
Place florets in a baking dish of some kind. I used a pie pan because I was using all of my baking sheets for something else.
Roast in your oven at 350 for about 20-30 minutes. Check them after about 15 minutes and give them a stir.
Once the florets look fully cooked take them out and enjoy!
YUMMY!!!
